VerseVocal, a digital software product owned and operated by Luminar Digitals (Pty) Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), respects your privacy. This policy defines how our desktop application and related services handle data when you utilize our platform.

1. Information We Collect via Google Authentication

When you access our application using the "Continue with Google" protocol, we request access to explicit profile scopes via Google OAuth. This is limited to:

• Your primary Google Account email address (to uniquely identify your account profile).
• Your basic public profile metadata (such as your name or display avatar).

2. Telemetry and Application Analytics

To continuously improve the VerseVocal experience, we utilize Microsoft Azure Telemetry services to monitor application performance and feature engagement. We collect anonymized usage data, which includes:

• Frequency of specific feature utilization (e.g., how often the Stage Display or Vault Browser is accessed).
• General system performance metrics and crash error logs.

This telemetry data is aggregated, completely anonymized, and stripped of any personally identifiable information. We do not record, transmit, or store any live audio inputs, microphone feeds, or proprietary presentation files through our telemetry pipelines.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure Services

Authentication schemas and profile caches are maintained through secure database frameworks (Supabase). Our cloud infrastructure strictly handles authorization and system diagnostics, not content generation or brokerage.

4. Data Rectification and Erasure

Users maintain complete autonomy over their stored identity records. You can initiate an explicit account purging protocol at any time to remove your Google profile mappings permanently from our operational databases.
