VerseVocal grants users a non-exclusive, revocable, localized operational license to deploy this digital suite on personal or institutional system units. Modification, structural disassembly, or exploitation of internal binary protocols is forbidden.
The system utilizes local application interfaces to control multiple screen arrays, audio processing devices, and transcription components. The user assumes full responsibility for configuring appropriate host systems and hardware capabilities necessary for stable runtime operations.

This data is transmitted securely to our cloud infrastructure and is used exclusively for application development and maintenance.
When authenticating identity configurations using Google access pathways, users must protect access tokens from credential theft. We are not liable for operational interruptions or security breaches originating from unmanaged local environments.
VerseVocal is provided on an "as-is" functional baseline. We do not guarantee continuous uptime during real-time broadcast execution and assume no liability for pipeline timeouts, telemetry drops, or rendering latency during live system operations.
